Artsy Challenge 05
Weaving!

In your bag from the library, there should be one plate and four bundles of yarn.
First, cut out all of the Vs traced on the plate.

After all of the Vs are cut out, fold the remaining flaps in so it will form a bowl.

Now you can start weaving. Tie the first strand of yarn around one of the segments, then go around the circle in out every time. If you skip one like the second picture, it won't turn out right.

When you get to the end of the first strand of yarn, tie on to the next one and continue. Keep the flaps up so it will end up in a bowl shape.

Keep tying yarn on and weaving. You may need to push the yarn closer to the bottom as you go to cover the plate.

When you get about an eighth inch from the top, cut the yarn and either tuck it in a segment or tape the end down. To finish your bowl, fold the top edges of the plate down. Tails from previous knots can be tucked in.
